What is the Anat Baniel Method?

The Anat Baniel Method is a practice of mindfulness/awareness in the service of life. It is a learning method that provides the tools for self discovery and transformation.

Practitioners work through physical movements which, in turn, address emotions and thoughts.
Participants in lessons report loss of chronic pain, greater clarity in their thoughts and emotions, flexibility in their joints and minds, reduction of stress, better sleeping, and surprise at their new-found comfort within their selves.
